If you have a question, or if you're experiencing a problem, there are several ways to quickly find answers:

  • If you're new to ChurchTrac, take the Tour for New Users to learn how to navigate the program and perform basic tasks.
  • A User Guide is installed with ChurchTrac (check your Windows Start menu\ChurchTrac 2008 folder, or download it here). The user guide can walk you through setting up your database, entering names, using groups and attendance features, and more.
  • Browse the online knowledgebase for answers to frequently asked questions, purchasing and payment questions, network and remote access instructions, and solutions to common errors and problems.
  • If you're getting an unexpected result or encountering an error message, make sure you've updated your software to the latest version available.
