Church Connect Registration Card
Registration Cards let you notify everyone of an upcoming event as well as prompt people to register to attend.
Use Cases
Registration Cards can be made for events that are Public (You can designate an Event as "Published" in the event settings.)
Some great examples of utilizing Event cards would be:
- Youth Camp
- Parents Night Out
- VBS
- Potlucks
- Meal trains
If you are hosting an event and want people to register, indicate how many people are coming with them, as well as volunteer to bring supplies with them, the Registration Card makes getting this information easy.
Creating a Registration Card
When creating a Registration Card, only future events with registration enabled will appear in the list of events available. The event's date, time, location, and event details will automatically appear on the card. You can also customize the background color, text color, and text alignment.
Pro Tips
When creating a Registration Card, we recommend displaying the card until a certain date under the "Card Status" and marking the date you wish for the card to no longer be displayed.
Add an image to get people excited! You can do so in the Events/Attendance screen.
