Now that you’re an official ChurchTrac subscriber, the next step of your ministry onboarding is to schedule a 1-on-1 Zoom workshop with us and your team.
An onboarding workshop is a personalized, 1-on-1, 30-minute Zoom session where our team meets with you and your church staff to help you get started with ChurchTrac. During this session, we’ll look at the needs of your church to help you utilize ChurchTrac for your ministry and answer any initial questions you may have.
This workshop is for new ChurchTrac subscribers on a Standard or Plus tier. Including, but not limited to: pastors, church leaders, and anyone on your team who will be involved in using the software.
If you're still on your trial period, or on one of our free plans, we recommend joining one of our Getting Started Livestreams for a demo of the software.
After your first subscription payment, you’ll receive an email within a few days with a link to select a date and time that works for you and your team. If you don’t see the email, feel free to contact us for assistance.
