But you'll also notice links to create a ticket or schedule a phone call. These are for getting in touch with our support team. If you've perused our articles and haven't found the answer to your question, our world class team of support agents will get to the bottom of it for you!

This is the most direct way to get in touch with us. What are the main reasons people send us tickets?

Our support team is CRAZY fast at responding to support tickets. We usually tell people they answer tickets within one business hour, but I've seen them answer tickets within minutes.

Schedule a Call
Do you prefer calling over sending and receiving text messages? You're not alone! Our support team is available on the phone just for you.
The best "use case" for a support call is if you have multiple questions and you feel like they could all be knocked out with a 15 minute conversation over the phone.

Getting Started Workshop
We host a live workshop every week. What kind of person are these workshops for?
- New users wanting to learn how to get the most out of the software
- Anyone wanting to get a good look at ChurchTrac before starting a trial
- Long-time users wanting to learn more about features they're not using yet
